Summary

Mr. Stack was found guilty of professional misconduct by Benchers pursuant to section 52 (1)(b) of the Law Society Act. The violation arose from Mr. Stack’s failure to conduct himself in a professional manner toward a member of the public and another barrister and solicitor.
