• All forms, including the Guidelines and Procedures Regarding the Selection of Candidates for Judicial Appointment, can be found at:

• Applications will be reviewed by the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in order of receipt.
• It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his or her application is complete and that all materials have been successfully delivered to the Office of the Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
• Assessments made by the Council are valid for a period of two years.
• The Judicial Council will continue to review applications as they are received.
• There are currently three vacancies on the Provincial Court.
