DESCRIPTION:OBA INSURANCE LAW PROGRAM \nOntario is a big province\, with many jurisdictions. The practice of day-to-day law can differ in terms of nuance and procedures dependent on where you work. The way things are organized in Toronto courts\, are not the way they may be run in the north\, west\, east and south judicial regions. This CPD brings together judges and lawyers from outside of Toronto to tell us how things are done elsewhere.
