This CPD will touch on risk analysis\, pre-mediation conferences\, content of mediation briefs\, practical considerations for multi-party cases\, and the underlying interests of the parties as important things to consider before your mediation. \nAdvocacy at mediation can also impact the outcome – but advocacy at mediation is different than advocacy at trial.
