SUMMARY:Engaging Conflict in the Moment: Using Curiosity to Turn Conflict into Cooperation

But when conflict escalates and people become upset or argumentative\, when they shut down or deflect\, it drains our energy\, complicates our cases\, and undermines the outcomes we’re striving for.
