DESCRIPTION:Mental health affects everyone. One in five people will experience a mental health challenge\, and chances are you know someone who’s struggling. That’s why it’s so important to know how to help. When you can spot the signs early and offer support\, you can make a real difference in someone’s well-being. \nIn this workshop\, you’ll learn what impacts mental health\, get a simple overview of common mental health conditions in adults\, and discover practical ways you can support others.
