Drawing on a Master of Social Work degree grounded in Indigenous Knowledge\, she brings a decolonizing and practical approach to leadership that emphasizes wholisitc wellness for all. Heather works to empower individuals\, leaders\, and teams to navigate stress\, build resilience\, and create cultures of honesty\, balance\, and trust. When she is not leading workshops with ACHIEVE\, Heather works one-on-one at her own private practice as a therapist\, supporting people who are experiencing burnout\, compassion fatigue\, and vicarious trauma from their high-stress\, high-demand careers. Heather is known for her straightforward\, relatable\, and compassionate style – cutting through complexity to help people see themselves clearly and lead with authenticity. She believes leadership begins with strong self-awareness\, and that personal insight is the foundation of sustainable performance and connection.
