On February 8th, 2021, Benchers approved an amendment to the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Requirements (the “Requirements”).

Effective immediately, recorded courses and seminars will qualify as eligible CLE activities, regardless of the date they were recorded, provided that the content requirements specified in the Requirements are met.
