Notice to Members: Lawyer Portal Logins and Forget Your Password
There have been some issues with members not getting an automated email with a new password when they click Forget Your Password in the Lawyer Portal. Sometimes it is because the member has tried logging in unsuccessfully too many times and their account gets locked, or their junk/spam filter rejects the “no-reply” email from MemberPro. The address that is used to send the automated email when you click Forget Your Password is email@example.com.
If you have clicked Forget Your Password and you do not receive an automated email with a new password, please check your junk mail folder for the email and also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved senders list.
If you have been locked out of your account in the Lawyer Portal, please contact the Law Society to have your account unlocked and your password reset. Once you are locked out of your account, Forget Your Password will not work.
