Notice to Members: Amendments to the Code of Professional Conduct
The Benchers of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador have approved amendments to the Code of Professional Conduct. The rule amendments are outlined in the appended memorandum.
Please note that the rule amendments are effective Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
