We have been asked by the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Court of Appeal, to circulate the attached notice to all members regarding a Special Sitting to mark the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of the First Sitting of the Court of Appeal, as a Separate Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador and to also pay tribute to the judicial career of the Late Chief Justice James Gushue.
