This innovative new program will cover the conduct of a litigated case through the lens of nine elements of litigation, from pleadings at the start to taxation at the end. The nine elements will be examined and unpacked in one of three distinct practice areas: Construction Law, Employment Law, or Family Law.
This program will be a unique opportunity to hone your litigation skills by seeing them from the perspective of counsel in different working contexts. It will focus on the fundamentals of litigation and will be of interest to law students, newly called lawyers, and mid-level lawyers.
