This course is CLEBC’s comprehensive introduction to civil chambers practice. The program is geared towards junior counsel who seek an introduction to—and experienced counsel who seek a wide-ranging refresher on—preparation for and conduct of, chambers hearings.

This course will blend substantive legal principles with practical practice pointers. A popular returning feature will be the View from the Bench, wherein members of the judiciary share their observations concerning the most common problems plaguing counsel and how these problems can be remedied.
