Creating a Healthy and Inclusive Workplace by the Gardiner Centre

April 10

$495

Support diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and mental wellness in the workplace.

Did you know that companies who lead with EDI-AR have lower turnover rates, greater productivity and higher customer satisfaction? Companies with a diverse workforce that support positive mental health amongst their employees are more likely to experience greater financial returns and capture new markets. More than that, we know it is the right thing to do. HR professionals play a critical role in creating and supporting healthy and welcoming workplaces, but sometimes it is difficult to identify and implement strategies that are right for your organization.

Instructed by leading industry experts, participants will gain insights into the business case for investing in wellness, equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism (EDI-AR) in the workplace and the steps involved in creating a strategy to best cultivate these in their organization. This course will identify key considerations in HR processes and policies and the key features of a psychologically safe workplace.
