Who should attend: This course is designed for lawyers who are developing a practice in the area of wills, estates, and trust litigation. This course may also be of interest to general practitioners.

Your first few estate litigation files don’t have to be stressful.

This basics course will provide you with the fundamental building blocks to litigate a wills and estates case, plus build a practice in this area. Experienced estate litigators will share with you essential information, practical guidance, and insider tips to save you time spent on trial by error.

You will increase your knowledge and competence in a range of substantive and procedural estate litigation topics so you can successfully conduct your practice.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
