Bev Churchill
Collaborative Family Lawyer | Mediator |Parenting Coordinator |
HTC Child Interviewer and Trainer
Learn about the Hear the Child (HTC) model that provides decision makers with direct input from children where decisions are being made about them in family justice processes like family dispute resolution and court.
The Hear the Child (HTC) non-evaluative model is gaining popularity across Canada. Under this model, qualified interviewers meet with children and then produce a verbatim report. The interviewer does not assess the child or the parents.
Through the HTC Society, family professionals who meet the applicaiton requirements can join the roster and use the Hear the Child reports model to interview children.
