Gather together with LEAF-NL and The Journey Project for an informative workshop and community social in celebration of Equality Day.
Ashley MacDonald and Janet Lee with The Journey Project will be presenting their workshop Parallel Paths – Reclaiming Stories, Redefining Justice, a mixed-media presentation exploring how survivor-lead, trauma-informed legal supports and creative expression intersect to help survivors of gender-based violence reclaim their stories and redefine justice. After the workshop Ashley and Janet will be available for a Q&A session.
Following the workshop and Q&A, we invite you to stay and join us in a short social. This event will have light refreshments available, including food, tea, and coffee.
