Mental Health and the Legal Profession (Part 1)

• the scope and prevalence of mental health and substance use issues in the legal profession;
• the contributors to and consequences of these issues for the profession;
• what the LSBC is doing to address these matters; and
• what firms, other legal employers, and individual lawyers can do to better address mental health and substance use issues.
