Trainer: Paula Hutchinson
Paula is an enthusiastic educator, trainer, and consultant, with a rich and varied work background working in schools, community-based non-profits, and clinical settings. She specializes in emotional intelligence, mental health, and working with challenging behaviours in both individuals and teams. Paula believes that everyone should be able to find meaning in their work and relationships, and that only by working together to create sustainable solutions, can individuals, professionals, workplaces, and communities ensure their supports, systems, and policies are responsive and effective for everyone. As a facilitator, she draws on her experience with adult education and learning principles to provide an engaging, practical, and interactive workshop experience.
