For some lawyers, developing this skill will mean adding a few new techniques that quickly elevate your game, while for others it may mean starting to break ingrained habits that have been holding you back for years. In this webinar, lawyer and law professor Peter Sankoff shares over 20 years of writing and editing experience to help any lawyer take their writing to the next level. Designed with busy practitioners in mind, the program is full of easy-to-implement strategies that will immediately make you a more confident and successful writer. Topics include:
The lessons you learn will apply to opinion letters, memoranda, factums and other persuasive documents. Materials will include excerpts from Peter’s new book, Professor Sankoff’s Guide to Persuasive Legal Writing.
