Many complex cases are determined by the testimony of an expert witness.

Expert witnesses have a high level of proficiency and knowledge in their areas that litigators may find challenging to work with or overcome. Our faculty who are senior members of the bench and bar will provide individualized feedback, and help you apply techniques on how to expertly examine the expert.
This hands-on and advanced program will help you apply the most effective strategies in dealing with expert witnesses – both on your side and the opposing side. You will also have the opportunity to practice how to properly prepare witnesses for examination.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENT:
Lawyers who have completed ITAW and have at least 2-4 years of litigation experience OR lawyers who have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience.
