This CPD will touch on risk analysis, pre-mediation conferences, content of mediation briefs, practical considerations for multi-party cases, and the underlying interests of the parties as important things to consider before your mediation.
Advocacy at mediation can also impact the outcome – but advocacy at mediation is different than advocacy at trial. This CPD will address mediation advocacy, mediator strategies and styles and how you can create value for your client at mediation even where no settlement is reached.
