Who Should Attend

This program is designed for solo and small to mid-size firm lawyers responsible for financial decisions, and lawyers who feel busy but are not seeing the financial results they expect.

About the Program

Many lawyers are busy—but not as profitable as they should be. This program shows you why, and what to do about it.

In most small and mid-size firms, financial management is learned on the job. The result is often slow collections, uneven cash flow, and limited visibility into how your practice is performing. This practical, plain-language program with Joe Novello, MBA, CPA focuses on the financial fundamentals that directly affect your firm’s results. Joe will show you how to turn your numbers into better cash flow, pricing, and profit decisions—things you can do on your own or have your CPA do for you. You’ll learn how to:

  • Improve cash flow and get paid faster
  • Strengthen collections and manage work in progress
  • Use your income statement to guide decisions
  • Set and adjust billing rates with confidence
  • Understand and control key practice costs
  • Identify financial risks early
  • Track a few meaningful performance indicators

If you’ve ever felt uncertain about your firm’s financial performance, this program will give you a clearer, more practical way to understand and improve it.

Whether your goal is to reduce financial stress, stabilize cash flow, or build a more consistently profitable practice, Joe will help you take control of your numbers and use them to your advantage. No accounting background required, just practical tools you can use right away.
