A Climb to the Summit of Mont-Tremblant, with the project ‘’Toucher le Sommet’’

11:00 to 12:30 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time)

Perseverance and working towards a goal culminates in a climb to the summit of Mont-Tremblant. The presenter will discuss the spectrum of youth justice approaches available in these situations. She will also discuss her police service’s initiative, “Toucher le Sommet”, where police officers mentor youth through sports and games, over the course of then weeks, to support their rehabilitation and reintegration into the community in the City of Saint-Eustache.

For her work on “Project Toucher le Sommet”,  Constable Jessica Bonneville was awarded the Minister of Justice National Youth Justice Policing Award in 2023.
