Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments In The Private Sector
This session will provide an in-depth look at the Privacy Impact Assessment requirements of Québec’s Law 25 for businesses operating in Canada. Attendees will explore the nuances of Law 25, outline key legal requirements and provide practical guidance for conducting effective PIAs as well as provide a brief overview of Law 25’s cross-border data transfer requirements.
