This conference, the first devoted to environmental litigation for CLEBC, will explore the breadth and depth of environmental litigation—with a focus on new and emerging issues faced by environmental litigators today.
This conference is suitable for all lawyers, from those who are just starting and wanting to enter the area of environmental litigation, to senior practitioners.
