Ms. Zeynab Ziaie Moayyed is an immigration lawyer licensed to practice law in Ontario and New York and the founder of Visa Law Group. Zeynab represents individual applicants and corporate clients in a wide range of immigration applications, and in appeals and applications for judicial review of immigration decisions. Zeynab works closely with companies and individuals, developing strategies for expanding operations and teams in Canada.
Zeynab is engaged in research on the use of technology in immigration systems and is a frequent writer and speaker on the development of technology on immigration policy and the impacts on applicants around the world.
