In alignment with the Law Society’s strategic priority to Promote Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples and at the recommendation of the Indigenous Education and Action Committee, we are proud to continue our Indigenous Law Student Scholarship. This $5,000 award is available for up to three candidates annually to support Indigenous law students pursuing a Juris Doctor degree, a Master of Laws degree, or a PhD in law.

This year, the Law Society proudly recognizes three outstanding individuals: Brianna Ludlow, Robert Kavanagh, and Chase Holwell as the recipients for 2024. The Law Society extends sincere congratulations and best wishes. Further details about the recipients, and the scholarships may be found here.
