REMINDER NOTICE: Annual Trust Account Report
2019 Form 5.06A is due on Friday, November 1, 2019.
Law firms and sole practitioners who maintain trust accounts in NL, are reminded to submit Form 5.06A, the Members’ Annual Trust Account Report, covering the period from October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.
A copy of the 2019 Form 5.06A is attached to this message.
For those firms and sole practitioners who have already filed the 2019 Form 5.06A, the Members’ Annual Trust Account Report, please disregard this reminder.
For those Practising Insured members who do not maintain trust accounts in NL, Form 5.06B – Non-Trust Declaration, will be sent out to you in December.
