Seminar overview: This seminar will address the changes that have recently been made to the Newfoundland and Labrador Automobile Insurance Act, which, as of January 1, 2020, requires motor vehicle accident victims to give a “notice of intention to commence an action on the insured within 120 days of the accident” and increases the deductible from $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 for loss or damage sustained on or after January 1, 2020.
