Fees – City of St. John’s
Please be advised that effective January 1, 2021, the following fee for service changes will take effect for the City of St. John’s Legal Department:

| Letter of Tolerance | $230.00 |
| Freehold Deed (admin fee only) | $575.00 |
As well, the Request for Tax Certificate Information form has been revised. The revised form should be submitted by anyone requesting a Tax Certificate.
