Supreme Court – Guidelines (Updated)
The attached is being issued at the request of The Honourable Raymond P. Whalen, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
There are no significant policy changes in the new document. The document was revised to remove information that was no longer accurate or reflective of current practice. Persons attending court should ensure they are familiar with this document and the procedures and protocols set out.
