Seminar overview: Organizations across Canada continue to be threatened and impacted by the risk of COVID-19 outbreaks in their workplaces and on job sites. Further, the introduction of variants of the virus and the slow roll-out of vaccines has increased the difficulty of achieving a safe operational environment and could heighten the risk to employees’ health and wellbeing. What are the steps employers need to take to ensure they are prepared in the event of an outbreak? How should they respond when an incident occurs?
