SUPREME COURT OF NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR – NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION AND GENERAL PUBLIC
ADJOURNMENT AND RESCHEDULING OF MATTERS SET FOR
SEPTEMBER 19, 2022
All Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador judicial centres will be closed on September 19, 2022, in observance of the day to honour Her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, and all matters set to be heard on that date are adjourned and will be rescheduled as follows:
St. John’s Family Division
Applications and Case Management Hearings will be rescheduled to Friday, September 23, 2022, at the original scheduled time, unless otherwise notified by the Court. Trials will proceed on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, as scheduled.
All other General Division and Family Division Locations
Court staff members will contact all affected parties to reschedule matters currently set for September 19, 2022.
