I am a current Master of Laws (LL.M.) Candidate at the University of Toronto and I am conducting a nation-wide survey of lawyers as a key element of my thesis. I am inviting current practicing lawyers from all Canadian jurisdictions to aid in identifying the social norms applicable to Canadian legal ethics through this online survey. The results of this will inform an argument for the reform of current Canadian legal ethics.

The online survey requires approximately 20 minutes of your time and is anonymous. Should you be willing to participate, please consult the Consent Form before beginning. Je suis actuellement candidate à la maîtrise en droit (LL.M.) à l’Université de Toronto et je mène un sondage national auprès des avocats comme élément clé de ma thèse. J’invite les avocats en exercice de toutes les juridictions canadiennes à contribuer à l’identification des normes sociales applicables à l’éthique juridique canadienne par le biais de cette enquête en ligne.
