Due to plumbing issues at Atlantic Place, all First Appearance Court/Bail Court matters originally
scheduled in Atlantic Place on Thursday, October 12 and Friday, October 13, will be called on
Friday, October 13, 2023 in Courtroom #4 at Supreme Court.

All other matters originally scheduled in Provincial Court, Atlantic Place on Thursday, October 12
and Friday, October 13 will be called on Friday, October 13, 2023, in Provincial Court, Atlantic
Place.
