Pursuant to the authority granted by s. 184 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, Chief Justice Whalen has appointed Tina Lake as a Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy with authority to discharge the duties of Registrar set out in sections 192(1) a), c), d), i), j), l), and m) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
