Employment Opportunity: Corporate Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – William O’Keefe Law

Overview

William O’Keefe Law is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to work in a hybrid role as a corporate administrative assistant and receptionist. It is a permanent, full-time position. The ideal applicant will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to provide client-centred service in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Data entry
  • General clerical duties
  • Drafting, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Maintaining organized physical and electronic filing systems
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Opening files
  • Assisting legal assistants and lawyers as necessary
  • Other related duties as required

Education/Experience

  • Administrative Assistant Certificate from a credited college
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a legal receptionist, experience with corporate law is considered an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional administrative skills (proficient with MS Office)
