COURT OF APPEAL OF NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION AND GENERAL PUBLIC
CHANGE IN COURT OF APPEAL’S HOURS OF OPERATION

The Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador advises of a change in its hours of operation from 9 am to 5 pm to 8:30 am to 4:30 pm beginning September 8, 2025. The Registry is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The Court (including the Registry) will be closed from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. for lunch.

Please Note: Matters that have been previously scheduled are unaffected by this notice, unless advised otherwise by the Court. Should you have any questions, please contact the Court at: coaregistry@appeal.court.nl.ca.
