CALL FOR PAPERS: Supreme Court Law Review, 3rd Series
Year-In-Review Volume
If you are interested in contributing to a review paper on any 2024–2025 Supreme Court of Canada decisions and their implications on a particular area of law or issue of national concern, please confirm your interest in submission by August 1, 2025.
Kindly specify the area of law or issue, or the case name(s) you intend to write on, as well as the language (English or French) in which the submission will be written. Acceptance of proposed submissions will be communicated no later than August 15, 2025.
Contributors are required to execute a License to Publish in favour of LexisNexis Canada Inc. In return, all contributors will receive a complimentary copy of the publication and a PDF copy of their submission.
The deadline for submission is December 5, 2025. Please include your bio and an abstract as part of your submission.
LexisNexis Canada Inc. reserves final authority to accept and publish the final submissions.
