Salary: A block fee per call: $50.00 – $75.00 (average call length: 10 minutes)

Experience: In good standing with the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador

DESCRIPTION

Position: Telephone Legal Advice Lawyer

Job Type: Casual/Contracted

Shift & Schedule: 5–20 calls per month as part of your practice

Qualifications & Skills: Must be in good standing and have no publicly disclosed disciplinary history

Work Location: Anywhere in NL / Remote

ASG operates telephone legal advice (TLA) programs for various private and public sector organizations.

The TLA program operates on a callback basis. When a client requests TLA, you will be emailed the request so that you can call the client to provide TLA. TLA calls are summary in nature and do not include legal research or the issuance of formal legal opinions.

ASG will provide resources and training.
