The Supreme Court maintains different email distribution lists for its judgments, including one for members of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. In an effort to streamline and make accessible requests from members of the Bar to be added to the distribution list, the Court has developed a fillable form to be submitted online. The form can be found on the Court’s website here.

Lawyers will be required to provide their:

• First and last name;
• Law firm or employer, if applicable
• Email address; and,
• Contact number.

Following approval, the lawyer will then receive published Court decisions sent directly to their email.
