The Department of Health and Community Services is seeking input as part of its review of the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA).

The review will consider the findings and recommendations of the 2023 statutory review, with particular attention to issues involving young people’s personal health information, privacy rights, and parental or guardian access to health records, to inform potential legislative amendments.
