Amendments to Law Society Rule 10.05
Amendments to Rule 10.05 have been made to clarify the circumstances in which fees may be waived, prorated or extended. The changes define special circumstances, establish documentation requirements for requests, and delegate authority for these decisions to the Executive Director.
