The Department of Health and Community Services is currently seeking public interest representatives for the Disciplinary Panel of the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Nurses. The Panel is appointed by the Minister of Health and is scheduled to the Public Service Commission Act. Therefore, we encourage individuals interested in applying to the Panel to submit their applications through the IAC website for consideration here. Members of the Disciplinary Panel will be selected to an Adjudication Tribunal to hear complaints regarding licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and registered psychiatric nurses.  For more information about qualifications, competencies, term, and time commitments, please refer to the IAC website linked above.
