NOTICE TO MEMBERS:

The City of St. John’s has approved a fee change for Tax Certificate Information and Tax Certificates.

Effective January 18, 2016, the Fee Structure for the Provision of Tax Certificate Information and Tax Certificates will be as outlined in the Tax Certificate Information form.

The $150.00 fee has 2 components – a $125.00 fee for the Tax Certificate Information which has to be paid co-incident with the Tax Certificate Information Request and an additional fee of $25.00 for the Tax Certificate.
