Please be advised that we had delayed sending the invoices for 2017 fees as we were waiting for a ruling from the government regarding whether we are required to charge and collect RST on the self-insurance program. Unfortunately, we do not yet have clarity on this issue and cannot delay sending the invoices any longer.

Invoices will be sent out over the next day or so and the fees will be the same as in 2016 subject only to the caveat that, if the government rules against us, we will be required to send further invoices for the collection of RST.
