Notice to the Profession – New Court of Appeal Act

**Further to the notice re: New Court of Appeal Act, we have been asked by the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador to clarify the following: the “Trial Division of the Supreme Court” is now just the “Supreme Court”. “Trial Division” has been dropped from the name.
