Please note the following:

1. The Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday 12 June 2015 at the Law Society Building, 196-198 Water Street, St. John’s; and
2. The Law Society’s annual audited financial statements for 2014 are available here: 31 2014 Financial Statements. These financial statements incorporate the operating results of the Law Society, the Lawyers Insurance Programme, the Assurance Fund and the Endowment Fund (Browne & Pratt Scholarship Funds) for 2014, as well as the financial position of same at December 31, 2013. The statements are presented in the current format in accordance with Canadian Accounting Standards for not-for-profit organizations.

The audited financial statements will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
