We have been advised that the Labour Relations Board would like to start circulating its reasons for decisions and practice updates (i.e. any new Rules of Procedure, Policy Circulars or Information Bulletins etc.) via email to lawyers who have indicated an interest in receiving them.

Any lawyers who are interested in receiving decisions of the Board and practice updates should email the Secretary to the Chairperson, Whitney Manstan (WhitneyManstan@gov.nl.ca), to be added to the Board’s email distribution list (on a bcc basis).
